The design-build process allows Comfort & Process Solutions to work with the project owner under one contract until completion. This method also provides guaranteed fast delivery, reduced costs, low risk and overall high quality. CPS’ design-build services include, but aren’t limited to, custom unitary change-outs, duct and piping design, central plant construction and targeted kw/h reduction plans.
Comfort & Process Solutions’ team is trained and equipped to perform major and minor repairs, rebuilds, teardowns, and retrofits on all types of equipment. We have built a reputation for technical expertise and effective program management.
Comfort & Process Solutions did an exceptional job getting out in front of the issues, resolving things quickly and moving the project forward. The project was fast paced, but with CPS' help, I believe we were able to execute in an organized fashion and reduce opportunities for errors and rework.
