Nestled within 200 acres of Midway, Kentucky is Midway University. This beautiful campus, located just 15 minutes from Lexington, is in the heart of horse country, surround by some of the top thoroughbred farms in the world. As multiple buildings across the campus matured in their lifecycles, the expert HVAC teams at Comfort & Process Solutions were called on to handle a good amount of deferred maintenance of legacy HVAC systems and aging equipment.
Our teams got to work, collaborating closely with school maintenance officials, and provided HVAC service and replacement expertise to maximize their systems’ potential. Over the course of the assignment, Comfort & Process Solutions was able to improve the learning environment for faculty and students, leading to better learning outcomes and higher faculty retention levels.
