Within Bell County School System in Middlesboro, Kentucky, a pre-K through 8th grade public school center needed professional HVAC services. The aging facility had an HVAC system that was out of date, lacking modern controls and energy-efficient equipment. The school system officials reached out to Comfort & Process Solutions to partner with a proven expert in the professional HVAC maintenance and repair field.
Once the team established the needs and the most advantageous approach, we executed a multi-phase HVAC system replacement project that included installing new HVAC units, a new geo-thermal well field, new hydronic piping throughout the building, new HVAC controls, and all-new drop ceilings throughout the school. In the end, we were able to improve the learning environment for both students and faculty all while lowering utility bills.
