Central Motor Wheel of America, Inc.
Located in Paris, Kentucky, Central Motor Wheel of America manufactures many of the steel and aluminum wheels used by car makers including Toyota, Honda, and Subaru to name a few. The operation is located within a multi-faceted industrial facility that requires large HVAC systems to regulate temperatures and conditions across several departments and production areas.
Midway University
Nestled within 200 acres of Midway, Kentucky is Midway University. This beautiful campus, located just 15 minutes from Lexington, is in the heart of horse country, surround by some of the top thoroughbred farms in the world. As multiple buildings across the campus matured in their lifecycles, the expert HVAC teams at Comfort & Process Solutions were called on to handle a good amount of deferred maintenance of legacy HVAC systems and aging equipment.
Veteran’s Park Elementary
Veteran’s Park Elementary School is located in Lexington, Kentucky and is part of the Fayette County Public School District. The school district recently partnered with Comfort & Process Solutions when the elementary school needed HVAC upgrades. The expert teams at Comfort & Process Solutions collaborated with school officials to assess the air system’s condition to determine the proper steps for replacement.
