Bell County Schools / Yellow Creek School Center
Within Bell County School System in Middlesboro, Kentucky, a pre-K through 8th grade public school center needed professional HVAC services. The aging facility had an HVAC system that was out of date, lacking modern controls and energy-efficient equipment. The school system officials reached out to Comfort & Process Solutions to partner with a proven expert in the professional HVAC maintenance and repair field.
Red Mile
Established in 1875, Red Mile is considered the second-oldest harness racing track in the world. Its legacy in racing, combined with simulcasting and Pari-mutuel Gaming terminals, makes Red Mile an exciting and dynamic entertainment destination. Located in Lexington, Kentucky, the Red Mile Racetrack, is home to the Kentucky Futurity, one of the three jewels in Trotting’s Triple Crown. Unfortunately, it was also home to an aging HVAC system that was badly in need of service to make up for deferred maintenance.
